To establish Tennozu as a hub for arts and culture, TERRADA ART COMPLEX I opened in 2016, followed by TERRADA ART COMPLEX II in 2020. This complex hosts numerous leading Japanese art galleries, making it one of the largest gallery complexes in Japan. It also includes artist studios for creators who need production space. Between the two buildings, a garden area extends, and a café overlooking the courtyard serves as a relaxing spot for art enthusiasts.
